ECC Holiday Party and Book Drive | January 31, 2014

The ECC and YPG celebrated the holidays together on Tuesday, December 3 at the Public House on East 41st Street. There was cocktail attire because ’tis the season to be fancy! Beyond the usual mingling, networking, and joy, we hosted a very successful book drive for Judith’s Reading Room, a non-profit that provides custom libraries to those who do not have easy access to books. Over 80 books were donated during the holiday party; 60 books were given as holiday gifts to elementary school students, and the rest will be included in three libraries that Judith’s Reading Room will donate to Boys & Girls Clubs around Philadelphia.
