Queer Young Adult Literature Conference
The University of Colorado Boulder will host the Queer Young Adult Literature Conference, exploring the growing world of LGBTQ literature for young adults. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet queer YA authors and discuss ways of promoting positive representation and identity exploration for queer adolescents. The event features author talks and signings, panels, and an awards banquet.
This year’s authors include: Malinda Lo (Ash), Julie Anne Peters (Luna), Alex Sanchez (Rainbow Boys), and Sara Farizan (If You Could Be Mine).
