Mischief Night

The new CBC Holidays Series will explore stories that relate to specific holidays so that kid, and adult, readers can celebrate in the best way we know how… with a good book!

Today, Saturday, October 30th, we celebrate Mischief Night an evening where we enjoy scheming grand plans or playing pranks* with our rapscallion friends. Our compilation of books for this day showcases bad apples, fantastical tricksters, and groups of pranksters who entertain us with their tales of mischief. We hope you find a fun book here to celebrate this holiday with us while we work on our tricks before the next night of trick or treating.
