The Children’s Book Council and DOGObooks.com Reprise Partnership on Summer Reading Program

Tiburon, CA May 24, 2016 — For the fourth consecutive year, the Children’s Book Council is proud to partner with DOGObooks.com on their annual Summer Reading Program.

The DOGObooks Summer Reading program is open through September 30 to kids in grades 3-8 who can earn free books by reading and reviewing books this summer. Kids sign up for free at DOGObooks where they will find a Reading List of over 60 popular books selected by 13 leading children’s book publishers. For reading and reviewing three books in the catalog kids can select a free book from a Prize List of 76 book titles and over 1,500 new books.

Publishers sponsoring Summer Reading this year are: Albert Whitman & Company, Algonquin Young Readers, Amazon Children’s Publishing, American Girl Publishing, Bloomsbury Children’s Publishing, Chronicle Books, Disney Publishing Worldwide, Little Brown Books for Young Readers, Macmillan Children’s Publishing, National Geographic Kids Books, Papercutz, Penguin Young Readers, Quirk Books, Scholastic, Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing and Sourcebooks.
