This month, ECC Board Chair Katie Bignell, assistant editor, gives us a tour of Katherine Tegen Books!

Katherine Tegen BooksKatherine Tegen Books, an imprint of HarperCollins Children’s Books, publishes high-quality, commercial literature for children of all ages, including teens. Talented authors and illustrators who offer powerful narratives that are thought-provoking, well-written, and entertaining are the core of the Katherine Tegen Books imprint, established in 2003. The imprint publishes approximately 40 tiles per year.

Titles include the #1 NYT Divergent series by Veronica Roth; the Gone series by Michael Grant; new classics from Newbery Medalist Patricia MacLachlan; the classic fantasy series, Septimus Heap, by Angie Sage; starred review and award-winning gems such as Waiting for Normal by Leslie Connor and A Dog Called Homeless by Sarah Lean; and contemporary fiction from new talents for both middle-grade and teen readers.
