World Cancer Day

The new CBC Holidays Series will explore stories that relate to specific holidays so that kid, and adult, readers can celebrate in the best way we know how… with a good book!

On Friday, February 4th, we observe World Cancer Day, where we raise awareness for treating this disease. Let’s pick up a book and learn about early detection, prevention, treatment, and companionship so we can figure out a way to help those affected, whether they be family, friends, or neighbors.
