Weston Woods to Create Animation Project Based on Blackout by John Rocco

Weston Woods will create an animation project based on John Rocco's picture book, Blackout. Oscar-nominated actor Stanley Tucci has come on board as a voice actor. Rocco won a Caldecott Honor for this picture book in 2012.
"I am very excited to be involved in this project as I have always been impressed with the quality of work that Weston Woods creates. I also applaud them for allowing me to be really involved in the creative process, as it is very important to me that this video feel like a book that has come to life, rather than a cartoon based on the book."
