Anne Blankman Lands Book Deal at Balzer + Bray

Debut author Anne Blankman has signed a book deal with Balzer + Bray, an imprint at HarperCollins Children's Books. Blankman has penned a young-adult historical fiction novel titled Night's Edge.
The story stars "Gretchen, a 17-year-old Nazi who is the darling of Uncle Dolf (aka Adolf Hitler)." Editor Kristin Rens oversaw the acquisitions process and secured North American rights. She negotiated with Literary Agent Tracey Adams. This project will be released in fall 2014.
