Sarah Rees Brennan to Pen Modern Day Retelling of A Tale of Two Cities

Unspoken author Sarah Rees Brennan has a new project in-the-works. After an extensive brainstorming session with Executive Editor Anne Hoppe, Brennan decided that she will be penning a modern day retelling of Charles Dickens' classic novel, A Tale of Two Cities. HarperCollins Children's Books will release Brennan's book in 2014.
"The working title for this book is TELL THE WIND AND FIRE. It is taken from a quote from A Tale of Two Cities, which goes like this. 'Tell the wind and fire where to stop...but don’t tell me.' Unstoppable ladies and evil doubles coming your way in 2014, is what I’m saying. I hope you guys are even a hundredth as excited as I am!"
