Jane Yolen to Deliver Andrew Lang Lecture at St. Andrews University

Jane Yolen has agreed to deliver this year's Andrew Lang Lecture at St Andrews University. The event will take place on November 1st starting 5:30 p.m. Attendees will also be treated to a story, a poetry reading, a Q&A and a book signing session.
Yolen will be the first woman to ever give this speech. Her talk is called, "Folklore versus Fakelore: An Imagined Conversation with Andrew Lang." Past speakers include The Thirty-Nine Steps author John Buchan and Lord of the Rings author J. R. R. Tolkien.
