Stephanie Perkins Lands Book Deal with Dutton Children's Books

Anna & the French Kiss author Stephanie Perkins has landed a book deal with an imprint at Penguin Young Readers Group. The YA novelist will be publishing two new titles with Dutton Children's Books under the editorial direction of publisher Julie Strauss-Gabel.
The first book "will be a horror novel in the vein of the movie Scream in which a cadre of high school students are being stalked and attacked by a mysterious killer with no obvious motive." A release date has been set for 2014.
