Three New Actors Cast for 'City of Bones' Film Adaptation

Three actors have been added to the cast for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones film adaptation. All of these new members have author Cassandra Clare's stamp of approval.
The Brothers Grimm actress Lena Headey will play Jocelyn Fray. Mad Men actor Jared Harris will play Hodge. Model Godfrey Gao will play Magnus Bane. Last year, the movie studio announced that the two lead roles will be carried out by Harry Potter actor Jamie Campbell Bower as Jace Wayland and Mirror, Mirror actress Lily Collins as Clary Fray. Harald Zwart will serve as the director. Jessica Postigo and I. Marlene King collaborated to adapt the book into a script. A release date has been set for August 23, 2013.
