A-4 Appointments possible, but illustrators may simply drop off art if they
prefer
A-5 Appointments not possible, but illustrators may drop off art after writing

ARRANGEMENTS FOR
ILLUSTRATORS OUTSIDE A PUBLISHER'S IMMEDIATE GEOGRAPHIC AREA
B-1 Illustrators are welcome to send materials without making prior arrangements
B-2 Illustrators should write before sending materials
B-3 Illustrators may send, at their own risk, original material that is to be
returned, as long as material is accompanied by sufficient return postage and
return shipping materials
B-4 Illustrators may email jpegs of their artwork
B-5 Publisher prefers that illustrators send only materials that need not be
returned, such as color copies or printed pieces (no original artwork)
B-6 Restrictions, possibilities, limitations, etc., relating to illustrators
outside a publisher's geographic area.
