Make Art with Picture Book Creator Michael Albert

Picture book creator Michael Albert will be appearing at the New York Public Library's Melrose branch. This workshop (for ages 5 to 12) will take place on Tuesday, August 14th starting 2 p.m.
"Michael Albert is the author of An Artist's America (Henry Holt), a picture book retrospective of his art collection. Mr. Albert will talk about his book, his art and will teach children his trademark style of art, “Cerealism,” a technique of collage work made from cereal boxes.
