National Poetry Month 2015

Established in 1996 by the Academy of American Poets, National Poetry Month is the largest literary celebration in the world, with tens of millions of students, teachers, librarians, booksellers, publishers, and poets participating.

The goal of National Poetry Month is to spotlight the work of American poets, and increase awareness for poems and poets in the classroom, media, and beyond. Join the fun by following the Academy of American Poets on Twitter @POETSorg, and sharing with the hashtag #npm15. You can order a free National Poetry Month poster designed by Roz Chast.
