90 Second Newbery Film Festival

The 90-Second Newbery Film Festival is a video contest in which filmmakers of any age make movies that tell the entire story of a Newbery award-winning book in 90 seconds or less. This year, the film festival will take place at the main branch of the New York Public Library on March 22.

The contest is accepting submissions until March 8. Entry details are available on the 90 Second Newbery website. The festival will be hosted by author and festival founder James Kennedy and author Libba Bray. The event is free, but advance registration is advised.
